Allen is from Fort Wayne, Indiana serving as Pastor of Full Force International Ministries along side her husband the honorable Bishop Jonathan Allen Sr. She has been teaching and preaching the word of God since 1988, founder and CEO of the Women of Excellence Outreach Center Inc. and owner of Anointed Fashions. Prophetess C.D. Allen is the mother of three wonderful children; Willis, Eddie, and Shekinah.

It is her sincere desire to proclaim the gospel of our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ in such a manner that God is Glorified, the Church is Edified, and satan is Terrified.
