Elder Malcolm L. Riley Sr. was born in Toledo Ohio in 1965, raised by his grandmother, “Mother” Leola Riley (Big Momma). Malcolm was a member of The Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church where he was baptized at age 4 by the late Pastor H .M Crenshaw. Malcolm attended Toledo Libbey High School where he graduated in 1983; he joined the United States Marine Corps in 1984. Malcolm met his life long friend Carla Moore in 1988, and the two realized they were meant to be and were soon married in 1990 In Sanfrancisco California. Malcolm is the proud father of three children, Chantell, Carimah and Malcolm Jr., and a grandfather of two girls Miracle and Mirrana.Malcolm came to Ft.wayne In. in 1994 and worked in a variety of occupations. In late June 1995 Malcolm began  attending Christ Temple Church under Elder E.C Haywood. On July 9, 1995 Malcolm was rebeptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost, the anointing was seen on Malcolm’s life and was soon appointed Brother Hood Chairman from 1997 to 2000. Malcolm realized the anointing on his life and accepted the call on his life and has been chosen to preach the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ to all walks of life and to all denominations. Elder Riley has received training from Aenon Bible College and ministerial training by the late Evg Julia Haywood and Bishop E.C Haywood. Elder Riley has been saved for over thirteen years and a licensed Elder with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Elder Riley enjoys being taught the word of God, speaking and teaching inside the prison walls where captives are being set free by the power of the Holy Ghost.

In 2009 Elder Malcolm L. Riley began working with Full Force International Ministries/ Prophetess C.D. Allen Ministries under the diocese of the honorable Bishop Jonathan Allen Sr. In.  2010 the Lord saw that it was good for Elder Riley to be chosen as the Interim Pastor of Full Force International Ministries,
